Anime Expo

Got quite a lot of things done yesterday, including my bank account. People told me that Mitsubishi Tokyo was more foreigner friendly, but in the end I got my account done at Mitsui Sumitomo, it's the only bank that allows me to do my account without my permanent pass, only my temperory pass was available. And it also does not need the Hanko, a stamp that almost every japanese have. Instead my signature suffices.

Woke up super late today... I also don't know why i overslept so badly... so apologies to Mark and his friend. Supposed to meet them at 10 at the exhibition hall and I actually woke up at 10.15. So by the time I reached the exhibition hall at 11.40, he was already in there. Luckily I managed to find him in the hall so then we took a walk together. Well it was basically a promotional fair for the new animes coming up on tv for the spring season. Basically there are a few to look out for, Speed Grapher by Gonzo, it's quite adult, with some sex and gory scenes. but overall it looks good. Air series is coming out again in the summer so that's a few months away. Full metal panic is having another series "the 2nd raid" in the summer too. Naruto and Full metal alchemist are having movies again. Sadly, studio ghibli was only a small booth but at least they had the howl's castle display.

Walked for a couple of hours, then decided that it was time to pack up and go home. Super tired from all that travelling and squeezing through the crowd.... Headache...
now to think about how to settle my dinner
